Buzzer

This term is specific to Buzz by ChainGPT and is defined per our product documentation.

A Buzzer is a participant in a Buzz campaign. Because Buzz is wallet-first, Buzzers include creators with audiences as well as participants who earn entirely through quests, staking, and referrals without publishing content.

That breadth is a consequence of the wallet being the identity rather than a social account. A participant with no audience at all can work the on-chain quest and Stakers bucket lanes and never touch the content side of a campaign.

The consequence for a project running a campaign is reach into an audience that content-only platforms never touch. Someone who stakes, completes quests, and refers others contributes measurable outcomes without ever being a creator, and they are counted on the same ledger as everyone else.

Buzzers are ranked by Impact Score, which sums ledger points across every bucket. Because the score aggregates lanes rather than measuring one, two Buzzers with similar standing may have earned through entirely different activity.
